The rules don't apply to them. Or so they think. Loyal to their own agendas, they can neither be trusted nor undervalued in times of need. You take the risk of their services and questionable loyalty.

Not taking a side...yet. Their loyalty is not connected to anything beyond their own social-economic worlds that they call life. But that fact doesn't stop them from becoming involved later on. Beware to show them kindness, least you pick their side in the conflict for them with unsavory actions on your part.
